The project
This system covers everything after bids are received: evaluating proposals point by point, issuing the Letter of Intent, signing the contract, monitoring it against its milestones, handling payments, collections and penalties, keeping all vendor correspondence on record, and closing the contract. It is offered as a service to many organisations, each with its own users and offices. The first organisation it was designed for is the Madhya Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board (MPSAMB).
